Returns, Refund and Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.

Any product shipped by Ratios can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue redeemable voucher for instant/ future shopping.

Conditions for return:

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, Washed/dry-cleaned, used, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

All requests for return of product have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after 7 days from receipt of item(s).

The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return, viz:

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging, security tag & label and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code)/ Bar code has been removed from its original packaging.

In order to get a defective product returned

Refunds:

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products through redeemable purchase voucher which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo / description as given on ratiosstore.com.

You will receive a redeemable store voucher in your email within 14 days of receipt of return. You can use this redeemable voucher to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store voucher will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).
